Bio
Eboni McCarthy is a lifelong swimmer from Madison, Alabama who brings high-level competitive experience and a passion for mentorship to Johnson University. She began swimming at a young age and competed with both the Huntsville Swim Association and Madison Swimming Association before continuing her career at Westminster Christian Academy.
McCarthy went on to compete collegiately at the University of Georgia, where she raced at the SEC and NCAA Championships. After graduation, she discovered her calling in coaching while leading a summer swim team in Georgia. She later returned to Alabama to coach with her former club team, further developing her skills and passion for impacting student-athletes.
Now at Johnson, McCarthy is dedicated to building the program and investing in the growth of her swimmers both in and out of the pool.
