The Royals defeated the Pioneers 80-77, marking their 5th straight victory.
Miles Long had a stellar outing with 21 points, and Khari Person had 16 points off the bench. Perhaps the best sight for Royals fans, though, was the presence of Coby Jones, who returned after being injured since the season resumed.
The Royals got out to a big first half lead, but the Pioneers would not yield. Both kerion Douglas and Tyrone Duncan had 19 points each, Tyrese Duncan contributed 10 points off the bench, 7 of which came in the 2nd half.
Despite the comeback, the Royals were able to hit free throws late that sealed the deal.
The Royals hope to continue their winning streak on Thursday as they take on Toccoa Falls.
