The Johnson University women's volleyball team continued their dominant run with a commanding 3-0 sweep over Tennessee Wesleyan University on Tuesday night in Athens, Tenn. The Royals took control early and never looked back, securing the win with set scores of 26-24, 25-12, and 25-23.
Offensively, Johnson was firing on all cylinders, posting an impressive .306 team hitting percentage. Makiyah Greenlee led the attack with 14 kills while hitting .400, and Abigail Brown followed closely with 13 kills and a .300 hitting percentage. Ariah Gourley also made a strong contribution with 5 kills on .500 hitting, while Luci Morris added 6 kills and a .455 clip.
Setting up the Royals' efficient offense, Caelyn Marshall tallied 20 assists, and Hannah Lukey added 18 assists and 9 digs, guiding Johnson to a smooth offensive rhythm.
