Johnson outpaced Kentucky Christian in both halves, leading by ten at halftime (42-32) and widening the gap further in the second half, outscoring the visitors 57-41. The Royals displayed strong offensive and defensive play, shooting 52.8% from the field and pulling down a total of 53 rebounds to Kentucky Christian's 26.
